重要聲明:由於本農場產品為植物,且屬於國際寄送,寄送過程中可能因物流或運輸狀況導致損壞。 我們將依據貨品實際寄送狀況決定是否接受退換貨申請。
Important Notice: Our farm products are plants and shipped internationally. Damage may occur during shipping. Return or refund requests will be assessed based on the actual condition upon delivery.
退換貨條件 | Return & Refund Conditions
- 如收到商品時有嚴重損壞,請於 48 小時內 提供損壞照片及訂單號碼給我們的客服。
If the product is severely damaged upon arrival, please provide photos and order number to our customer service within 48 hours. - 僅在植物於運輸過程中出現損壞時接受退換貨,並不包括因個人養護不當導致的損壞。
Returns are only accepted for damage caused during shipping, not for damage due to improper care by the customer. - 所有退換貨申請將根據我們的內部檢查標準進行評估。
All return and refund requests will be evaluated based on our internal inspection standards.
