由於文心蘭屬於活體植物，運送過程中可能受到多種不可控因素影響。為保護賣家權益並提供買家最佳體驗，我們制定了以下的運送政策。
As Oncidium orchids are live plants, various uncontrollable factors may affect the shipping process. To protect the seller's interests and provide the best experience for buyers, we have established the following shipping policy.
國內運送 Domestic Shipping

運送時間 Shipping Time：
我們會根據植物狀態及氣候條件安排出貨，通常於 2-7 個工作天內寄出。實際送達時間可能因地區及運送情況而異。
Shipment will be arranged based on plant conditions and weather, typically within 2-7 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on region and shipping circumstances. -
運費 Shipping Fee：
訂單滿 NT$3,000 享免運優惠，未達門檻則酌收 NT$150 運費。特定區域可能收取額外費用，恕不另行通知。
Free shipping for orders over NT$3,000; a shipping fee of NT$150 applies otherwise. Additional charges may apply for certain areas without prior notice. -
運送方式 Shipping Method：
採用植物專用包裝並透過專業物流公司配送，以降低運送過程中的風險。
Specialized plant packaging and professional logistics services are used to minimize risks during shipping.
國際運送 International Shipping

運送時間 Shipping Time：
根據目的地國家規定及檢疫流程，出貨後約需 10-21 個工作天。
Delivery typically takes 10-21 business days after shipment, depending on destination regulations and quarantine procedures. -
運費 Shipping Fee：
國際運費將依目的地、重量及植物檢疫要求另行計算。
International shipping fees are calculated based on destination, weight, and plant quarantine requirements. -
風險聲明 Risk Disclaimer：
因跨國運送涉及多項不可控因素（如氣候、清關延誤等），我們無法保證植物在運送過程中不會受到影響，買家需自行承擔相關風險。
Due to uncontrollable factors in international shipping (e.g., climate, customs delays), we cannot guarantee the plant's condition upon arrival. Buyers assume related risks. -
進口稅與關稅 Import Taxes and Duties：
買家需自行負責目的地國家或地區的進口稅及相關檢疫費用。
Buyers are responsible for import taxes, duties, and quarantine fees in the destination country or region.
其他重要事項 Other Important Information

活體植物狀態 Live Plant Condition：
活體植物在運送過程中可能出現脫水或輕微損傷，屬正常現象，不影響生長。
Dehydration or minor damage during transit is normal for live plants and does not affect growth. -
特殊天候安排 Special Weather Arrangements：
在極端天氣情況下，我們保留延遲出貨的權利以確保植物安全。
We reserve the right to delay shipments during extreme weather conditions to ensure plant safety. -
不接受退貨或退款 No Returns or Refunds：
由於文心蘭為活體植物，除非因運送過程造成重大損壞，否則不接受退貨或退款申請。
As Oncidium orchids are live plants, returns or refunds are not accepted unless significant damage occurs during shipping.
